Indeed, these people deserve to be listened to, understood, respected: they often pose fair and serious problems. Here's how we could deal with this new, great acceleration given to the planet by technology.

Let's not underestimate the value of getting things done slowly and carefully. Those who do not want to depend in any way on AI will still have many things to teach. One of them: “disconnecting” can remind us what it means to be truly human.
