Samsung released on the occasion of CES2021 a video that unveils its latest digital cockpit . First unveiled in 2018, this project combines Samsung electronic's latest advances in telecommunications, semiconductor and display technologies with HARMAN's automotive expertise. 

A system, that of the digital cockpit, which has been designed with the aim of simplifying communication and offering fun experiences on the go. It is another sign of a general trend, one that sees vehicles progressively transforming into places where passengers would like to stay.

Il Samsung digital cockpit 2021 combines a large 49-inch QLED display with an audio system that aims to make content much more “enveloping”. The idea behind the huge screen is to allow users to enjoy a personalized entertainment experience, while also allowing them to communicate with the world around them. Overall, the digital cockpit displays within the cabin transform the vehicle into a versatile and convenient all-purpose space. One of the biggest strengths of the whole system is the 5G technology, which improves the user experience by allowing them to use this type of functionality without experiencing interruptions of any kind.

If you don't want to have fun but want to be productive, the samsung digital cockpit it can also be transformed into a mobile office. The solution simplifies the management of all types of work, supports video conferencing and even includes tools for editing video clips. The Samsung Automotive Health Service has also been integrated into the car and is able to analyze the health of passengers. The sensor system regularly monitors the passengers' stress levels and adjusts the vehicle's lighting, scent or music to help them relax. Additionally, by analyzing their sleep patterns and eyelid movement, the service can help ensure that drivers stay awake and alert when on the road.
