The famous instant messaging app #Telegram, always a rival of WhatsApp, is growing and always adds new features to its interior.
Telegram, born in 2013, also launches today Instant View, equivalent of Facebook Instant Articles, and Telegraph, a platform for the quick (and even anonymous) publication of articles on the web. A sort of anonymous blog open to everyone.
Telegram's strong points have been many over the years: completely free, great respect for privacy, some tasty features (like stickers) or useful features (like bots). In February 2016, the app celebrated 100 million subscribers. Nothing compared to WhatsApp e Messengerof course they have more than a billion users per month. But despite everything, Telegram has always been a formidable opponent.
But let's see the new functions. There are small additional features, such as the ability to search the history of a group chat by selecting the day that interests us; with Instant View, however, the articles of some newspapers - for now Medium and TechCrunch - can be viewed instantly on Telegram, as already happens on Facebook. Telegraph, on the other hand, is so simple it's embarrassing: you don't even need an account.
There are obviously those who criticize these new functions, and the excessive simplicity of use, which could attract fakes and spreaders of false news, precisely in a period in which there is so much talk about this topic. Anyone can sign with a fake name, of course, and moreover, if you delete the cookies, you lose all control over the content.
