Can medicines be produced from solar energy in a clean and ecological way? A group of Dutch scientists from the Eindhoven University of Technology believes so, and has developed an #artificial #leaf-shaped device that produces medicines right from the sun. The basic idea was born from leaves capable of feeding themselves thanks to chlorophyll photosynthesis.
