We are all different, even in terms of temperature: there are those who love it cool, those who find it better in warmer environments, and those who heat up or cool down faster than the others. A current air conditioner (or radiator) often fails to meet everyone's needs.
The ideal solution would be to have your own air conditioner, but a Turkish designer Miray Özlem Er proposes a more practical alternative, a bit Jetsons-like, which we could find in future homes.
An air conditioning robot
The air conditioning device from Özlem Er combines already known technologies in one object. Combine temperature and humidity sensors, an aroma diffuser, a portable air conditioner, an automated vacuum cleaner, a thermal camera.
Done? Shake hard and you'll find this thing that identifies those "in need" of heat or cold based on their body temperature and runs to comfort them with the heat or cold they need.

UFO Living room robot
The design of the robot climate control is quite peculiar. It looks almost like a UFO: the base is disc-shaped with a low dome, containing wheels to move around and an air purifier that sucks in the dirty air from the room. The top is a sphere that can rotate to direct air and perfume in different directions. Inside there are thermal sensors and a screen that shows the ambient temperature.
Concentric circles glow red or cyan to indicate whether the robot is blowing out hot or cold air. A mix between robocop, ET and a Canta Tu.

Is the future mobile?
I don't know if this is the right situation, if we end up with small patrols of these things around the house. Certainly, this type of air conditioning robot on wheels is certainly more achievable than a drone flying around the house.
In his "graphic speculations", the Turkish designer also hypothesizes further playful functions, such as a magnetic levitation mechanism similar to that of some wireless loudspeakers on the market today.
It doesn't seem like a very practical or useful addition to me, but maybe it has a market. Maybe. For me, at the moment, it's neither hot nor cold.
