Pencil without ink, paper without trees: Nuka makes us write forever

I wrote such an intriguing title that I wanted, for once, to read an article of mine. A pen that writes without ink and a paper made without trees? It is exactly the proposition that the stationery brand Nuka is making with its line of "eternal stationery".

Nuka notebook and pencil
A Nuka notebook

Nuka, to write endlessly

Designed to last virtually forever, Nuka's notebook uses proprietary treeless paper - waterproof, coffee-proof and tear-resistant.

How strong? Much. To the point that your dog will not be able to eat the sheets to spite you.

An interface of the future? The interactive map

The perfect "companion" of such a product is a pencil, also developed by Nuka, which never needs to be sharpened and will never run out of writing skills. Made of a special metal that oxidizes the paper when it comes in contact with her, this pencil literally writes forever.

How "eternal" pencil and paper work

Most of the paper uses flattened and laminated cotton, fiber or wood pulp in thin sheets, but Nuka's paper takes a different path.

It's polypropylene (a plastic known for immense flexibility) with a matte finish that offers the same feedback as conventional paper, but with added benefits. It is waterproof, rewritable, stain resistant.

The Nuka pencil, on the other hand, is made entirely of metal, with a special metal tip that oxidizes on the surface of the paper. Working in a way that literally feels magical, the metal pencil glides across the paper, leaving behind a graphite-like trail. The metal tip never dulls or wears out.

Nuka pencil
it looks bulky, but it's worth the price.

And is it also erasable? Yes. But the only way to erase the writing made with the Nuka pencil is to use a special liquid (always Nuka). Each bottle of liquid can erase an entire Nuka notebook 5 times.

If you are interested (remembering that I have not received any money from this company, no bonuses, no products, anything, I am not in contact with them in any way) You can find here All the necessary.
