At the end CES 2022, the CyberPower company has announced the testing of an innovative case, with a unique and surprising design; the computer breathes independently, regulating the air flow during use.
Il CyberPowerPC Kinetic Case it is made up of over 108 triangular panels, connected to each other through a series of hinges. Eighteen mechanical vents open and close at varying speeds, revealing your PC's fans breathing air to perform at their best.
A series of sensors, which have the task of detecting temperature changes and helping the vents choose a specific opening speed.
One of the most interesting aspects is the lack of arbitrariness of the air vents. The sensors sense which parts of the PC are vulnerable to heating and open the immediately corresponding vents, thus optimizing the cooling process.

The creative director of CyperPowerPC, Nam Hoang, he wondered what are the hidden potential of a computer chassis.
“Can a frame do more and be more than just a box of holes?”
These were his words and, judging by the project released, the answer is absolutely affirmative.
The Kinetic Case represents the future of technology, the necessary step and the novelty we needed.

When you use “heavy” programs, the vent unit opens more quickly, while it remains at rest when you use the basic functions of the PC.
We are talking about a "intelligent airflow“, which is capable of reacting to the actions you perform on the computer.
Unfortunately, we don't yet know all the details about how the Kinetic Case works. We still have to find out what material the vents are made of, how the flow itself will be regulated.
