The latest addition to electric vehicles comes from the world of caravans and motorhomes. As it shows Airstream, a leading company in the sector, even a camper can prove to be innovative and sustainable.
In a dedicated article on the site Autoblog, additional information appeared regarding the brand's new project Thor.
Apparently, the Thor production company is working on two EVs (Electric Vehicles), inspired by the caravan and trailer sector.
EStream, caravan always connected
The first vehicle is called eStreams, a self-propelled motorhome equipped with a double engine trailer. One of the most interesting features of the camper is its ability to be remotely controlled thanks to the use of your smartphone.
Users can even take advantage of the "remote" system to hook up the trailer and reverse, saving a lot of time and maneuvers.
The double engine allows you to better manage the problem of weight distribution, so as to transform the caravan into a safe space free of any form of risk.
Thor Vision Vehicle

The second project, on the other hand, was called Thor Vision Vehicle, an electric camper inspired by the Ford Transit. Although the design is rather conventional, the Thor vehicle includes some interesting innovations.
Above all, a modern digital cockpit that includes tools dedicated to finding the nearest charger (ideal for long journeys).
Unfortunately, before you can watch eStream or TVV along the way, you will have to wait a little longer. A date has not yet been revealed, and production may take longer than expected.
In any case, the public welcomed the news with some enthusiasm. The time has come for campers and caravans to open up to the world of sustainability, becoming electric.
We just have to wait to learn about future developments, hoping they will be extremely positive.
