Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have personal air conditioning to beat the summer heat wherever you are? Well, you are not alone. For some time around (especially in the crowdfunding microcosm) more or less bizarre solutions have been circulating to try to give relief to people in an increasingly torrid world. There are even "attempts" of listed companies such as Sony e Panasonic. How do you say? Are they Japanese? Excuse me, what's that got to do with it? :) Anyway, on Indiegogo I've now found this "Sparkle Tornado" which is second to none in terms of weirdness: it's a silicone belt that acts as a personal climate control for the wearer!

Not one, but five fans
Sparkle Tornado promises to live up to its name by producing a real "mini tornado" (yes, right...) thanks to its five fans positioned around its belt. They are designed, I read on the crowdfunding campaign page, to blow cold air upwards, refreshing the entire length of the body. And the legs? Alright. Anyway, with three levels of cooling you can choose the power that suits your needs.
Wanting to go deeper, the fans move up to 585 liters of air per minute: a remarkable figure if you consider that the fans (combined) are 50 centimeters in all. The device is powered by a 12-volt battery that lasts for about three hours of continuous use. Then you can also die, or try to survive at least another hour: that's the time needed to recharge the "freshness" belt. And if you don't want to pit stop, you can always attach a nice power bank to your belt and tell people that you're being miked.
Air conditioning belt: completely personal considerations
It doesn't matter how hot this summer gets, right? Thanks to Sparkle Tornado you can always maintain your ideal temperature. Perhaps. Joking aside, it would be important to evaluate the effectiveness of the device in different situations and for different types of people, as well as consider any comfort problems during use.
