The PEAK Resort and Spa created by Symbiosis study it will be located in a fantastic natural setting: that of the Udaipur desert, in Rajasthan in India.
The apartments and villas of this residence will be dug directly into a slope, taking advantage of the refreshing winds of the south to fight the heat.

The power of the hexagon
This interesting design concept combines the inspiration of regional Rajasthani architecture with the modern reinterpretation of a "sly" shape that is furious in nature (bees teach): the hexagon. The form is used almost everywhere in the resort: from the courtyards of the villas to the green roofs and shady pergolas.
The hexagonal motif, also present in the resort's pools, creates a sense of harmony and cohesion.

"Circular" construction that exploits the conformation of the land
"The original profiles of the place were used as an interface to create the architecture," say the designers. And it's true: on balance, the pools (real 'water bodies' integrated into the resort) and the natural flow of the wind from south to north naturally cool the houses.
That's not all: the resort project uses materials excavated in the same landscape, in a "closed circuit" construction. Rocks, mud and natural fibers are transformed into building bricks to create the villas.
An elegant, discreet and sustainable way to use the design to create a peaceful retreat.

How do you enter the underground villas of PEAK resort?
The resort buildings are built into a slope with a green "roof". The main entrance will be located just at ground level, at the base of the slope. Approaching, you notice the characteristics of the structure: a real beehive.
If you like the idea of feeling part of a great architectural project, go ahead and buy your cell. I meant your cottage. Oh well, we understand each other.
