gogoro, the Taiwan-based electric scooter manufacturer that relies on a battery swap network to recharge vehicles, is debuting on the Nasdaq with its common stock and warrants.

Beyond the scooters
Gogoro is best known for its high-speed electric scooters, but seems to be focusing on the complete infrastructure. Yamaha and over a dozen other manufacturers have built electric scooters with short development times thanks to the Gogoro network that helps manufacturers overcome their electric vehicle development processes. Creating “compatible” vehicles with Gogoro is quicker and easier for them too.
A partnership with Hero Motocorp marked his entry into India. Another partnership with Yadea e CJD marked the one in China. The agreement with Duckfinally, it has also seen its landing in Indonesia.
