The Rod of Iron Ministries, a gun worshiping church, has formed alliances with far-right figures in the United States.
The Pennsylvania-based sect, also known as "The World of Peace and Unification Sanctuary", is led by pastor Hyung Jin 'Sean' Moon. A singular minister of worship, who often sports (even in church) a sumptuous all-gold AR-15 submachine gun and a crown of bullets. Moon is the son of another "evangelist", that reverend sun myung moon founder of the "Unification Church" self-proclaimed Messiah, officiating mass weddings at New York's Madison Square Garden.
Reports recently surfaced that the group bought a 52-hectare (130-acre) property in Tennessee as a "training center" and retreat. A place comparable to Cheongpyeong, where followers of the "Moon Senior" had previously gathered in South Korea. As part of its expansions, the Church has also contacted key figures from the far right.

A warlike church
Earlier this month Moon Junior spoke at the Freedom Festival, an event that attracts thousands of attendees every year, speaking to crowds of supporters of the right to arms. In his heartfelt sermon, which in his cult is called the King's Report, he said that big tech companies and other high-profile figures "will completely kill America and wipe freedom from the face of the Earth ... if the torch of freedom will be extinguished in America, the world will enter a kingdom of hell on Earth ".

In addition to the leader of the "warlike" church, there were among the guests at the event Loesch Fund, the spokesperson for the NRA (National Rifle Association, the organization that acts in favor of holders of firearms), Steve Bannon (Donald Trump's former adviser) and the founder of Patriot Prayer, Joey Gibson.
Moon's church and the "Deep State War"
Among the theses expressed by Moon, one of all is the most beaten one. The "church of arms" discusses the impending war with the Deep State, the invisible government and supra-political that would decide the fate of the planet according to dynamics similar to those expressed in the conspiracy theory of QAnon.
"The internationalist Marxist globalists are trying to start a civil war here," says Moon "So that they can bring in the UN troops and the Chinese Chi-Com army to come in and destroy and kill all gun owners, supporters. of the Christian church and any opposition, that is, Trump supporters ".
Religious fanatics and arms associations: ingredients that, I fear, will enter on a permanent basis (legitimately or spuriously) in the next American presidential campaign. At a guess it will start very soon: last time we really saw a 'almost civil war'.
