These past couple of years have been really difficult for people who like to leave the house and go around the world, or at least stroll around nature.

In what we might call the 'age of adaptation', however, whether things are or seem better, Renault brings out a Hippie Caviar camper for travel junkies.

Il camper will mark its first appearance at the Caravan Salon 2021.

What is special about Hippie Caviar?

Renault Hippie Caviar

I'll tell you right away: it can easily turn into a small hotel! Hippie Caviar. In simpler terms, it's the perfect middle ground between those old hippie buses and a high-end super camper.

A paradise for couples

I'm not kidding, vé. You can enjoy all the luxury of the five-star hotel: The van offers high standards, including sanitary, and also offers plenty of space to enjoy your holiday. If necessary Hippie Caviar turns into a perfect paradise for couples.

There are a couple of rooms available in this little gem, and more: the camper even has a terrace to enjoy the mid-afternoon sun.

Hippie Caviar, a sweet sleep

In addition to the basic features, Hippie Caviar has both driving and camping modes. And we want to talk about the folding rear bench that successfully transforms into an (almost) queen size bed?

Forget the versatility: the bed can also be used as an outdoor living room to have the feel of a five-star motel. To make your holiday more fun, Renault also offers a drinks table and a set of removable backrests to create deck chairs. What else do you need?

As for the interior, Hippie Caviar has a cockpit anchored to a wicker-effect dashboard with contrasting leather. C'est chic.

The rooms are adorned with exotic wood finishes and natural fibers such as linen and wool. Crazy stuff, to put it briefly.

At the moment, it is unclear whether or not the Caviar offers a cuisine. It would be a nice twist, wouldn't it find?

Things will become clearer when the Renault creation makes its debut at the Caravan Salon this year, which will start on August 27.
