Lexus showed the fate of his electric car in the 46th Tokyo Motor Show 2019 with the debut of his LF-30 concept.
The Lexus LF-30, according to the manufacturer, is the sum of all the visions that the company has of how it will have to evolve, and which will find complete affirmation exactly 10 years from now.

To see the LF-30 it would be said that it will take longer
The beautiful four-seater seems to belong even to the next century. Four electric motors (one per wheel) that generate a power of 536 horsepower carrying on their shoulders a superb chassis set up with gigantic gull-wing doors and a completely glass roof. Enough power to carry the over two tons of LF-30 from 0 to 100km in 3.8 seconds.
Much of the weight of this structure comes from the battery: 110kwh provide 500km of autonomy to the vehicle. Goodbye also to cables: LF-30 has under its belly the new generation wireless charging technology systems. It will park on its recharge space and recover energy in less time, thanks to an AI-based system that will distribute energy intelligently by optimizing resources.
It will be possible, as today for a mobile phone, "economy mode" that will allow full range with less frills inside (for example by giving up the entertainment system for a stretch of road).
The future is autonomous
The car is equipped with all the most advanced solutions (automatic parking, and self-positioning next to the sidewalk for loading luggage).
Autonomous driving is the noblesse oblige, especially for a luxury brand like this one. And on board, AI identifies each of the vehicle's occupants with voice recognition, adjusting audio, climate, seat position according to the characteristics of each.
Artificial Intelligence can also suggest activities to be carried out at intermediate points of the journey or once at the destination. And if we really want to push the amazement further, the glass roof that is all touch on the inside and the "Lexus Airporter" drone technology that transports the luggage alone with a "companion" drone that exits the vehicle ...
