The prizes range from a few cents to a few euros and are used to ensure a very wide range of cases: from the payment of the return costs to the reimbursement guarantee for goods damaged in transport. Who buys these micropolyses? Apart from the companies, which want to protect themselves from losses, there are consumers who are more attentive to discounts and special offers, that is, those who risk more often to be disappointed by what they find in the package.
