Against modern cybercrimes, modern artificial super intelligences are needed to fight them. And that's exactly what AI2, a highly sophisticated artificial intelligence, aims to do against cybercrime.
Developed by MIT, by a team from the CSAIL extension(Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab), a new type of artificial intelligence was born, AI2. The acronym stands for Artificial Intelligence Squared, and it is a revolutionary software.
According to the estimates made by the team that developed it, AI2 would be able to predict and block about 85% of attempts of cyber attack, thanks to a series of algorithms, predictions and calculations. The software would also be capable of storing information, to evolve. A bit like the artificial intelligence called The Machine does in the show Person of Interest, which apparently is not such a science fiction idea, quite the contrary.
AI2 enters all the collected data in a very intuitive platform, in order to keep various details for future investigations. Presented to New York, AI2 is now looking for financiers, in order to further develop the project and make it attractive.
