Multipurpose environments and intelligent spaces await us in the near future to pamper us and meet the needs of a presumably more stressed population: the 'show down' will travel in the opposite direction to the disorder: it looks like a classic but we should expect more and more essential rooms, elegant, able to calm souls and convey serenity and harmony.
Speaking of harmony: what will become of the music? An important factor for mankind for thousands of years will not be neglected even tomorrow: the sound, increasingly refined, will envelop our ears like never before, coming from multiple sources, perhaps addressed to each occupant of an environment. In other words, it will not be necessary to wear a headset: a sound beam will 'choose' the people, who will also be able to listen to different music by sharing the same spaces.
And today? There is a company that has developed cutting-edge projects since its inception: in a certain sense it was born for this, with the aim of offering the state of the art with respect to sound, it is called Bang & Olufsen, and today it is on with BeoSound 5 Encore. The concept behind this sound station is as always in the name of B&O devoted to the maximum versatility of a system, enclosed in the elegance of a casket: BeoSound 5 browses and plays music from hard drives, NAS servers, PCs, USB sticks. We can connect 8 stations to the same server, playing different music contents in different rooms. The sound is pure and in perfect quality, able to ennoble the songs with the best encoding and also to refine the mp3s (usually with lower quality). Last but not least: it is beautiful.
design is developed by Anders Hermansen, a Danish naturalist and visionary designer who does not believe in drawing studies and designs lines with a 'universal' approach. BeoSound 5 has a versatile structure that can be placed on the wall, on the floor or on a table, adapts to any environment and seems to be part of the house, rather than the furniture: permanent sockets arranged inside allow the passage of cables in practically invisible, while the 'contact points' (USB sticks, headphones, portable readers) are accessible under the display.
An intelligent reproduction system, the MOTS, can analyze the entire playlist inserted and suggest similar music to the user: it will be easy to launch a 'theme evening' by choosing an atmosphere song and letting BeoSound do the rest for us: if we like the soundtrack chosen by Encore 5 we can also save it to listen to it later.
If BeoSound 5 Encore is the terrible little boy of sound for Bang & Olufsen, its big brother BeoSound5 does not stand by and updates: with the new release of its software it will be able to receive wireless music and content directly from our smartphone: together, the two systems satisfy all the needs of customers interested in different but always advanced and elegant solutions.
We approach environments that will understand our needs and will take care of providing us with the music suited to our moods and to the various hours of the day: and it is nice to approach this future in advance, thanks to the technology and quality of a product ' tall 'like this.
